this film is already out apparently.. so this is possibly late to some people but still.. new to me. check the trailer below.
i think it looks like a really good documentary.. yet, i struggled to watch some parts of the trailer so i can’t imagine what i’ll be like with the whole film. i just have an inbuilt thing which makes me shiver whenever someone comes close to the edge of something really high. happens every time. even, it seems, when watching it happen in a tiny clip online. odd.
director Eric Steele and his crew
filmed the bridge during daylight hours from two separate locations for all of 2004, recording most of the two dozen deaths in that year (and preventing several others). They also taped more than 100 hours of interviews with friends, families and witnesses, who recount in sorrowful detail stories of struggles with depression, substance abuse and mental illness.

sounds harrowing. not sure what my opinion is on the fact that they just filmed people jumping but then i suppose that’s what makes a good documentary. that aloofness and detachment.
