Thank you for the list. I found that the “delete” key code is 8.

@Cindex: In Flex Builder, you can create a program to find the keycodes by adding a KeyboardEvent event listener to any control and then using Alert.Show(event.keycode.toString()); in the function referred to by the event listener to display the keycode.

Also, do the keys change from one platform to the other? Will try to find out.

Ha it’s a potentially obscure reference, but one worth making I think.

This whole self reflection thing is actually much harder than it should be.. It’s just easier to think ‘well, i know how to learn from myself’ than it is to think ‘well, this theory is useful because…’. You’re not the only one finding it difficult!
